ניתן לבצע בקשת החזרה למוצר באמצעות האיזור האישי באתר.

ניתן להחזיר כל מוצר מיום עשיית העסקה ועד 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר בפועל, כנדרש על פי חוק הגנת הצרכן ובלבד שהמוצר שרכשת לא יוצר עבורך במיוחד בעיקבות העסקה.

המוצר חייב להיות באריזתו המקורית ושלא נעשה בו כל שימוש.

במקרה של ביטול העסקה מסיבה שאיננה פגם או אי התאמה בין המוצר לבין הפרטים שנמסרו לך לגביו על ידי החברה או אי-אספקת המוצר במועד שנקבע או בכל של הפרה אחרת של החברה, עליך להחזיר את המוצר לחברה, על חשבונך, באמצעות חברת השליחויות ובעלות של 30 ₪. החזרת משלוח מאיזורים מרוחקים (אילת, ערבה) הינו בעלות של 35 ₪.

על המוצר להיות מוחזר באריזתו המקורית, שלם, ללא פגיעה, נזק, פגם או קלקול מכל סוג שהוא, ככל שהדבר אפשרי וסביר בנסיבות העניין, ובתנאי שלא נעשה בו שימוש.

החברה תשיב לך את החלק ממחיר העסקה ששולם כבר על ידך בתוך 14 יום ממועד קבלת הודעת הביטול, בניכוי דמי ביטול בשיעור שלא יעלה על 5% ממחיר המוצר נשוא העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך מביניהם ("דמי הביטול").

מניין ימי ההחזרה למוצר נספרים מיום עשיית העסקה ועד 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר בפועל או קבלת מסמך המכיל את פרטי העסקה, לפי המאוחר מבניהם.

את ההחזר הכספי ניתן יהיה לראות בפירוט האשראי שאיתו ביצעתם את העסקה.
